About

I’m not a dermatologist. Just girl who loves researching skincare!

Hi, welcome!

My name is Chrystal Mosley, and I’m a single girly in her late 30s with a passion for skincare. Ever since I was 14, I’ve struggled with my skin—hormonal breakouts, stress-related acne, and cystic acne. It got so bad at times that I dreaded going to school, embarrassed by stubborn zits in the worst places (like my nose!). I even earned the lovely nickname “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.” Not only was acne embarrassing, but it was also painful to the touch.

As I got older, I discovered that lifestyle changes like diet and exercise helped for a while. But when I reached my late 20s and early 30s, I started experiencing cystic acne—by far the worst phase of my skincare journey.

Through a lot of trial and error (and tons of research), I’ve learned so much about my skin—what works, what doesn’t, and everything in between. Now, I want to share what I’ve learned to help others who are dealing with the same pain and frustration that acne brings.

On this blog, I’ll be sharing tips and tricks that have helped me along the way, backed by science-based research and expert insights into skincare. I’m so excited to have you here—let’s navigate this skincare journey together!
